Since 2008, the factory has received the yearly Food Safety Excellence award by the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA) which is now known as Singapore Food Agency (SFA) In 2013, we received the prestige Bronze Award.
Manufacturing Process of Bottled Bird’s Nest

1. Every bird’s nest is hand-picked to check for impurities and cleansing.

2. Bottles are sterilized to ensure hygience.

3. Bird’s nest is poured manually into the bottle.

4. Rock sugar syrup is added.

5. Bottles are sealed tightly in vacuum.

6. The end-product is sterilized for the second time.

7. Hockhua label pasted and goods are delivered to retail outlets.
