Longevity Bird’s Nest Soup

Ingredients

Hockhua Bird’s Nest

Methods

  1. Soak bird’s nest in clean water for 1 hour and leave it aside.
  2. Slice lingzhi and American Ginseng. Remove the seeds of the red dates.
  3. Soak white fungus in warm water for 30 minutes.
  4. Add bird’s nest, lingzhi, American ginseng, white fungus, red dates and rock sugar into slow cooker. Add water and simmer it for around 1 hour before serving.

Strengthen body immunity and stamina. Suitable for insomnia and forgetfulness.

制法

  1. 燕窝以清水浸泡1小时后,捞起滤水待用。
  2. 灵芝和泡参切薄片;红枣去核。
  3. 雪耳用温水泡半小时。
  4. 把燕窝、灵芝、泡参、雪耳、红枣和冰糖放进炖 盅里,加水以慢火炖一个小时左右即成。

延年益寿,增进身体抵抗力,提高机体耐力。对失眠、健忘皆 是良好辅助食疗。
