Dendrobium Soup

Ingredients (serve 1)

Lean pork
250g
Dendrobium
8g
Dried Milkvetch root (beiqi)
10g
Chinese yam (huaishan)
10g
Ginger
2 slices
Salt to taste

Methods

  1. Wash dendrobium, milkvetch root and Chinese yam.
  2. Blanch pork before cutting it into half.
  3. In a slow cooker, put in the dendrobium, milkvetch root, Chinese yam and lean meat. Add water and simmer over low fire for 2 hours. Add an appropriate amount of salt before serving.

Nourishes lung and improves eyesight.

制法

  1. 将石斛、北芪、淮山清洗待用。
  2. 瘦肉以滚水烫去油脂后切半。

明目润肺,益精补腰。胃阴不足、口干唇燥的人一星期可喝两次此汤。
