Cordyceps Duck
Ingredients (serve 4)
Duck (weighs around 1 kg)

Hockhua Cordyceps
10 strands
Mushrooms
6
Ginger
2 slices
Scallions
2 stalks
Half tablespoon of Shaoxing wine
Half teaspoon of salt
Methods
- Wash duck before blanching.
- Remove stalks of mushrooms and soak in warm water for 30 minutes. Rinse ginger. Rinse scallions and cut into two.
- Rinse cordyceps briefly.
- Place cordyceps into the stomach of the duck. Place ginger and scallions at the bottom of the steamer. Add water and Shaoxing wine. Simmer under slow fire for 4 hours. Add salt before serving.
Suitable for tinnitus and insomnia. Main for the men.

绍 兴 酒

制法
- 鸭子洗净,以开水烫一烫待用。
- 香菇去蒂,以温水浸泡半个小时。生姜冲洗,葱洗净切成2截。
- 虫草以清水冲洗即可。
- 把虫草塞进鸭子腹内,姜、葱压在汽锅底,加水,再下酒,放进大锅子里慢火熬4个小时。上桌前下盐。
适合耳鸣、失眠、烦躁、腰膝酸痛,是以男性为主的佳肴。
