Cordyceps Duck

Ingredients (serve 4)

Duck (weighs around 1 kg)

Hockhua Cordyceps
10 strands
Mushrooms
6
Ginger
2 slices
Scallions
2 stalks
Half tablespoon of Shaoxing wine
Half teaspoon of salt

Methods

  1. Wash duck before blanching.
  2. Remove stalks of mushrooms and soak in warm water for 30 minutes. Rinse ginger. Rinse scallions and cut into two.
  3. Rinse cordyceps briefly.
  4. Place cordyceps into the stomach of the duck. Place ginger and scallions at the bottom of the steamer. Add water and Shaoxing wine. Simmer under slow fire for 4 hours. Add salt before serving.

Suitable for tinnitus and insomnia. Main for the men.

汽锅虫草鸭子

老鸭
1只(约1公斤左右)
福华虫草
10条
香 菇
6朵
2片
两条
绍 兴 酒
半汤匙
半茶匙

制法

  1. 鸭子洗净,以开水烫一烫待用。
  2. 香菇去蒂,以温水浸泡半个小时。生姜冲洗,葱洗净切成2截。
  3. 虫草以清水冲洗即可。
  4. 把虫草塞进鸭子腹内,姜、葱压在汽锅底,加水,再下酒,放进大锅子里慢火熬4个小时。上桌前下盐。

适合耳鸣、失眠、烦躁、腰膝酸痛,是以男性为主的佳肴。
