Methods

  1. Soak ginseng slices in warm water and drained them.
  2. Soak bird’s nest for 1 hour. Add American ginseng and simmer for 45 minutes.
  3. Add rock sugar and stir evenly. Simmer until rock sugar dissolves completely.

  2. 燕窝以清水浸泡1小时,加入人泡参片一起下盅以 文火炖约45分钟。
