TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Contest is open to all except employees of HOCKHUA TONIC PTE LTD, and their immediate family members.
  2. To participate in this Contest, follow the steps stated below.
    a. Every purchase of $36 spent in a single receipt in any Singapore Hockhua retail outlet or Hockhua online Estore Singapore will entitle a lucky draw chance. (Every $36 spent = 1 chance / $72 = 2 chances , and so on)
    b. Customer will scan the QR code provided in the Hockhua Tonic outlet, Hockhua Tonic website or Estore to participate in the Lucky Draw.
    c. Customer to fill in their Name, Email, Mobile number, Receipt number, Purchase Amount.
    d. After submission, the System will auto-generate the draw number and show it on the mobile screen. Every $36 purchase will entitle to a draw number. Customers who enter their email address will receive an email with their draw number(s).
  3. The promotion period is from 01 December 2025 to 31 December 2025 only.
  4. Retain the original receipt for proof of purchase. Entries without proof of purchase, or that do not meet the minimum purchase criteria, or are incomplete or illegible, will be rejected by the system.
  5. No limit to the number of entries a participant may submit.
  6. By participating in this Contest, participants consent to HOCKHUA TONIC PTE LTD, as well as their respective representatives and/or agents, use of their personal information in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contest and agree to HOCKHUA TONIC PTE LTD’s Personal Data Protection Policy.
  7. We will process your personal data solely for the purpose of administering the Hockhua 36th Anniversary lucky draw. We will use it to contact you if you win and will not use it for marketing or share it with third parties without your consent. Your data will be securely disposed of after the legal retention period.
  8. The draw will be conducted on 06 January 2026 at the Jurong Point Hockhua outlet. All winners will be notified via Facebook, Instagram, email, or phone within seven (7) days from the draw date. Prizes unclaimed by 07 April 2026 will be donated to a charitable organisation selected by the Organiser. Winners whose prizes are forfeited will not be entitled to any compensation, regardless of whether they received the notification.
  9. Winners will claim their prizes at the designated Hockhua Tonic outlet, or as otherwise arranged, within one (1) month of being notified. The winner or their representative must present valid identification and proof of purchase at the time of collection.
  10. Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash and not for resale purposes.
  11. HOCKHUA TONIC PTE LTD shall reserve the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the contest winner(s) as materials for advertising and/or trade publicity, without any prior notice to the contest winner(s), and the contest winner(s) shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation materials from the Organiser.
  12. By participating in this Contest, you are deemed to have given your consent to photography and/or videography of the prize presentation for purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity.
  13. The decision of HOCKHUA TONIC PTE LTD on all matters relating to this Contest is final, conclusive and binding. No further correspondence will be entertained.
  14. HOCKHUA TONIC PTE LTD reserves the right to replace prizes with any other items of similar value without giving prior notice.
  15. HOCKHUA TONIC PTE LTD reserves the right to reject any entry for any reason.
